TERMS OF SERVICE
LAST UPDATE: 28 MAY 2025Take all of the following into consideration when you think or decide to commission me for a better idea of what to expect.PAYMENTS1. You agree to pay half the invoice total upfront. The other half must be paid upon approval of the initial sketch.
2. Any other payment schedule must be mutually agreed upon before work on the commission begins.
3. Be aware that work on the commission will not begin until payment has been received following the prior statements.PRODUCT DELIVERY
4. Be aware that the illustration will be delivered digitally to the email address provided by me, after the final payment has been received.
5. Any other method of delivery must be mutually agreed upon before the work starts.
6. It is your responsibility to propose a mutually beneficial manner of receiving the final illustration if email delivery does not work for you.
7. I'm not responsible if you lose your illustration due to technical issues; however, chances are I still hold a copy, if not the original. In the off chance that I do not, a refund will not be issued because I have already put in work and provided what you paid for.REVISIONS
8. You're paying for it, so I believe you should have a reasonable amount of revisions/changes during the SKETCHING phase.
9. You have the right to a reasonable amount of minor edits after completion, such as changing an eye color or fixing a small detail, up to an additional 10% of the total time spent on creating the originally delivered product. Any requests above that, however minor, may increase the price, as it will require more work on my end. Until it is mutually discussed and all revisions are laid out, work will be paused.CURRENCY CONVERSIONS
10. The only currency accepted is USD$.
11. If there are any conversion fees or transfer fees for payment to be received in the correct currency, that is your responsibility and not something that would come from me. (IF THERE IS A LOSS. If not, then woohoo, cheaper art! :D)
12. I'll only consider the commission fully paid once I've received the total amount in USD$.REFUND POLICY
13. You have the full right to request a complete refund if the work is not completed 2 weeks after the allotted time originally provided. This excludes, however, work interruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances such as illness, accident, or any other credibly documented reason for interruption of work.
14. It will ultimately be your responsibility to contact me in a fast and responsive manner, responding swiftly to any requests for comments, clarifications, opinions, validation of progress, etc. Lack of timely communication will be taken as approval of all work progress and current state of the commission.PERSONAL AND COMMERCIAL USE
15. The illustration received is for personal use. Any use of the product for commercial purposes, reselling it, reproduction, or publishing for reasons other than personal purposes must be approved beforehand by me. This will require a separate agreement defining the exact conditions and financial implications of such use of the illustration.You do not hold the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.In addition, you do not hold the right to use the product for AI datasets or for AI tools, or any present or future inventions in the space.CANCELLATIONS
16. I reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, with the condition of a full refund, without giving any reason. (Though, there's a 98% chance I'll provide one IF I do.)
17. Any disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated and may result in a cancellation of the order. The customer will receive a full or partial refund depending on the amount of work completed. I have the full right to refuse to accept any commission requests in the future.This TOS was adapted from this example.
